  • Pre-call planning and coaching. Share the goals of your meeting, the roles of the people you are meeting with, the type of company/industry, etc. Ask ChatGPT🧠 to test the questions you came up with for the meeting with potential responses from your customer. Ask it to help coach you through a fictitious sales conversation for training. Protect your customer data privacy and security. Now you are thinking about everything that MIGHT occur in the cal so you can be better prepared. Isn't that what the human side of sales brings?

Find your greatness

I’ve been a fan of Lewis Howes for a while, and it’s great to see his hard work paying dividends. 10 years ago, it wasn’t the case. He has been doing the hard work to lead him to where he is today.

In his book, he leverages amazing case studies to help others tap into their greatness. My favorite chapter is #10 – Finding Your Identity. It spoke to me about aligning with your values. “Who are you?” Lewis asks, then shares more tips about finding your meaningful mission.

This book is packed with authenticity and greatness from cover to cover. You owe it to yourself and the world to read it.
